ARTICLE 3: RATES IN EFFECT

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
Terms

If the Customer refuses or does not take delivery of the product ordered or if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer,   The Louise Hendricks company is in right to claim immediate and full payment of all additional costs resulting from the refusal to accept or failure to receive said delivery.

ARTICLE 6: SHIPMENTS, DEADLINES, RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
Shipping fees :

The amount of shipping costs depends on the place of delivery and the weight of the order (price list available on request). In all cases the delivery costs are indicated to you before validation of the order.

Delivery delay :

Delivery is by La Poste, Colissimo access or letter followed in France and Colissimo expert internationally.
1.    delivery within 48 hours  for France
2.    D+5 to 7 for international deliveries, depending on the delivery area

Deliveries are made according to the availability of the products, in the order of arrival of the orders.
Louise Hendricks cannot be held responsible or liable for late payment penalties or compensation, of any nature whatsoever, in the event of delay or absence of delivery of products and/or services, for circumstances beyond of his will.
If these deadlines are exceeded by more than 7 days and not due to a case of force majeure, the Purchaser has the possibility of canceling his order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The Louise Hendricks company will then carry out an investigation with the carrier before any reimbursement of the products ordered and not delivered.
The Buyer may request the cancellation of his order for failure to deliver within the contractual period, within a maximum period of sixty working days from the exceeding of the maximum period indicated for the delivery of the products. Receipt of products:
Any reservations to the delivery of a product must be brought to the attention of  the company Louise Hendricks by email or registered letter within three (3) days.
It will be up to the Customer to provide any justification as to the reality of the defects or anomalies observed.
In the event of an apparent defect or non-compliance of the product delivered, duly noted by  the company Louise Hendricks. The Customer may obtain a free replacement or refund of the product, at the choice of  the company Louise Hendricks, excluding any damages or any other compensation of any kind whatsoever .
No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the computer system (flashing) of La Poste being authentic.
If the Buyer notices an anomaly in the package (open or damaged package), he must not open it and return it to the post office within five days. Have a “spoliation report” drawn up. Opening the package cancels any possibility of recourse to the post office.

Any reservations to the delivery of a product must be brought to the attention of the company Louise Hendricks by email or by registered letter within three (3) days.

ARTICLE 7: RIGHT AND PERIOD OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of his order to withdraw and 14 additional days to return the object to us at his expense. of its withdrawal, provided that the payment was made via PayPal. The refund of the amount of the product (excluding postage) will be made upon receipt of the goods in perfect condition by PayPal transfer.
The products must imperatively be returned to the company Louise Hendricks according to the methods described in Article 8 - below.
No refund will be made on payments by check or gift certificate.

ARTICLE 8: RETURN OF PRODUCTS PAID VIA PAYPAL
The delivered products must be returned by the Buyer to Louise Hendricks according to the instructions below. The products must imperatively be returned to the Louise Hendricks company in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) accompanied by a letter signed by the Buyer.  The Louise company Hendricks accepts returns within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the order.
The return shipping costs of the package are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. The company Louise Hendricks does not accept postage due parcels. Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer.

ARTICLE 9: RIGHT ON PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal data collected by Louise Hendricks will not be transferred to third parties.
The buyer has a right to access and rectify personal data concerning him, on simple request addressed to the company  Louise Hendricks at contact@louisehendricks.com

by email.

ARTICLE 10: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ARTICLE 11: AFTER-SALES SERVICE:
