  • How do I preserve my jewelry?
    In order to preserve the shine of your Louise Hendricks jewellery, it is necessary to avoid any contact with chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, water or even humidity. Chlorine and salt water are the enemies of your jewelry. We therefore advise you not to wear your jewelry when you take a shower, when you go to the sea or when you play sports.
  • What are Louise Hendricks jewelry made of?
    All our jewelry is 18 carat gold plated 1 or 3 microns.
  • How do I maintain my jewelry?
    Jewelry can naturally oxidize with air and humidity. To best preserve your jewelry, we advise you to clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove all traces of oxidation.
  • What are the means of payment?
    On the louisehendricks.com online store, you can pay for your purchases by paypal or credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Master Card).

  • Can I cancel my order?
    We can cancel your order only if the order has not yet been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, you can submit a request via our contact form. If the order has already been sent, return procedures apply. Please see our return procedure.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Delivery is by La Poste, Colissimo access or letter followed in France and Colissimo expert internationally. We strive to ship your package from our workshop within two working days of your order. Delivery times are 5 to 7 days for international, depending on the delivery area.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Upon receipt of your return order, we will begin processing the refund. This will take up to 14 working days.Please note, shipping costs are not reimbursed.
  • There is a problem with the order I received, what should I do?
    If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please request it via the contact form indicating your order number, a description and photos of the item. Our support team will help you as soon as possible!
  • How do I return my order?
    You have 14 days upon receipt of your package to return your order to us. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must return the package in its original packaging, including the invoice.The package must be sent by colissimo, keep the tracking number carefully.
